| Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be exchanged for a different size, style, or store credit within 60 days of the shipment of the order. Please keep your invoice if you would like to be able to exchange any item. If you require a refund for any reason you must contact us directly by phone at 843-916-1218 or e-mail at shopretroactive@gmail.com and return the item within 60 days of receiving it. Shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. All items are inspected prior to boxing and shipping to ensure quality. Retro Active will pay for shipping on defective merchandise provided that the damage was not caused by the customer. |

| Retro Actve will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed in any way, dryed in a dryer, or damaged/ stained in any way. This includes items that are damaged, shrunk, etc. in a dryer. A restocking fee of $5.00 may be charged to customers who order two of the same item in consecutive sizes and then send one back for a refund. Many customers do this because they are not quite sure what size to order. We recommend contacting us via email at shopretroactive@gmail.com or phone at 843-916-1218 for shirt measurements. Please do not order 2 of the same item in different sizes with the intention of returning one of those items. This practice costs us extra money in the form of labor, and payment processing fees. |

| Money orders are not eligible for refunds. These orders can still exchange shirts for different sizes or styles, but Retro Active will not issue refunds on any money orders. |

| Retro Active is not responsible for bleeding or fading of colors due to washing of the shirts. We recommend soaking all t-shirts (including those bought anywhere, not just ours) in a salt water solution of 2 quarts water and 1/2 cup of salt. Any bleeding of colors in the wash is not the responsibility of Retro Active. It is also best to remove shirts immediately from the washer in order to prevent bleeding of colors. |
