Our Return Policy

Shopretroactive.com orders may returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase.
If you need to exchange or return an item, please call 843-916-1218 and we will help you through the process. Please, do not return any item with out speaking to us first.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to shopretroactive.com and the credit you receive will be for the cost of the item(s) with the original shipping fee deducted.

In stock orders placed Monday thru Friday by 4pm will ship the next business day.

In stock orders placed Saturday and Sunday will go out by Tuesday of that week.

Retro Active ship USPS Priority Mail. This gives you tracking and up to $50.00 insurance on lost or damaged items.

If you wish to use UPS or Fed Ex, please contact the store directly during regular business hours at 843-916-1218.

Please read Return Policy on how to make returns or claims for damaged items.

No refunds for shipping will be made on items returned by the post office as “un-deliverable address” “no such street” etc, if we have used the shipping address as it was given in the order.

We will only refund the purchase price.


Please note:
All items are carefully checked for damage before shipping, Therefore, shipping charges will only be refunded if an item is damaged during shipping. If this is the case, please keep all original packaging so that we may make a claim with the shipping company.
Damaged product will be replaced or refunded if item is no longer available.
We will not refund any item that has been worn or washed, including hats, socks and Underroos!!

If you received the correct item but wish to exchange it, you will also be responsible for the cost of our shipping the new item to you. Returns received without shipping reimbursement payment will not be accepted.
